Kirby Key

Mr. Key is a proud CLA Lion. He was part of the first official CLA graduating class of 2017, and he was a member of the first-ever CLA high school basketball team. During his time at CLA, he fell in love with studying the Bible and began to sense a call to serve God's people through Christian education. Since graduating from CLA, he earned a Bible degree from Bryan College and spent a couple of years working in youth ministry. He returned to CLA in the fall of 2021 as a teacher, and he currently serves the school by teaching Bible, Logic, PE, and coaching basketball. He enjoys reading good books, studying the Bible, watching and playing basketball, and spending time with his family and friends. If you ever need Mr. Key, you can probably find him at his desk preparing a Bible lesson, reading a theology book, or scheming for the next high school guys' basketball game.
