Laura Wade
Grammar School
Laura Wade graduated from Cleveland State Community College with an associate degree in Early Childhood Education. While attending CSCC, she was President of the Early Childhood Education club for two years, which helped other college students work to form relationships with surrounding schools and their families, created projects to build knowledge in the early education field, and helped with their annual Dr. Suess birthday celebration for the Cleveland community. Later, Laura graduated from Grand Canyon University with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. Laura has worked in surrounding school systems, but has been teaching first grade at CLA since 2018. Laura loves teaching at CLA for many reasons; the small class sizes, the connections from classroom to homes, and teaching God’s hand in all subjects. Laura has 3 sons that also attend CLA; Trevin, Reese, and Keaton. She looks forward to watching them grow closer to the Lord each year.
