Ready to Apply? 

We're excited that you have decided to join the CLA family.  On this page you will find the steps and the documents necessary to begin the enrollment process.  If you have any questions at any time, please contact us at info@clak12.org.

1. Fill out an application

  • Come in to the office and pick up an application or click on the application button to the right to print out the required application.

  • You will need a pastoral reference.

  • You will also need to write a statement of faith.

  •  Submit the application to our office with the application fee of $250 for each student enrolling.

2. Schedule a Family Interview

  • Call our office at 423.649.0040 to schedule a family interview with our Head of School, Dr. Shane Arnold.

3. Student Academic Assessment

  • Each student enrolling must take our academic entrance assessment to make sure he or she will be successful at Christ's Legacy Academy at the grade level of entry.

 

 

4. Enrollment Determination

  • The administration will then determine enrollment based off of the previous steps.

Tuition and Fees

There are four objectives/principles that are central to determine how tuition is calculated:

​

  1. Keep tuition as low as possible

  2. Consider Teacher compensation

  3. Cover all operational expenses with tuition

  4. Wrap all costs into a single tuition fee

Christ's Legacy Academy is accepting donations, but the school desires to not depend on any donations to help cover operations. Also, we will not use tuition income to cover anything but the "Operational Budget". This is vital to keeping tuition as low and as affordable as possible.

2025-2026 Annual Tuition

Kindergarten Introductory Price:

$300 per month for 12 months ($3600)

​

1st Grade Through 12th Grade:
$512.50 per month for 12 months

($6,250 including enrollment fee)

 

Payment Options:

  • Yearly - Full payment is due August 5th

  • Semi-Annually - 1st half payment is due August 5th, and 2nd half payment is due January 5th

  • Quarterly - Payment is due on the 5th at the beginning of each quarter - August 5th, October 5th, January 5th, and April 5th

  • Monthly Payments - Due on the 5th of each month we're in school (12 installments - August through July)

 

** There will be a $25 late fee for any payment received after the 5th of each month as per school policy​

Previous Tuition:
  • 2024-2025 Annual Tuition - $5900
